On Top Floor Casting 10%
On Start of Finishing Work 10%
On Possession Other Charges
Booking Amount: 10% of basic sale price within 15 days after token amount is paid (token money shall be adjusted)
30% of the BSP (as per loan availability from bank) within 45 days, from the date, the project becomes bankable.
60% of the BSP and other charges in the following manner:
On casting of Top floor slab 10% of BSP
